WIDLIMS – What I Didn’t Learn in Medical School is my podcast which covers topics crucial to health which are not taught, glossed over or approached from the wrong angles in medicine and public discourse. WIDLIMS is a passion project of mine, combining the knowledge I have obtained during my medical training with input from various guests, in order to provide you with evidence-based, accessible and hopefully empowering information.

The show covers topics related to lifestyle medicine and nutrition. In addition, you can expect a consistent focus on mental health, for example in relation to body image & disordered eating in diet culture, as well as health inequalities due to variables such as race, sexuality & gender which affect health behaviours and outcomes. We’ll also discuss specific health conditions such as acne, anxiety and anorexia.

This show may be my project, but I want it to be useful to you. I would love to hear your feedback for a particular episode, and any requests for future topics to focus on!

Get in touch via Instagram, and use #widlims on social media – I will be checking!
